He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Martha; his pet Darla; his sister Georgia Winfrey of Boxborough, MA; his nieces, Pamela McBride of Templeton, Wendy Smith of Worcester and Julie Lutz of Ashby; and his nephew Richard Winfrey Jr. of Indiana. He was also cherished by 13 great nephews and nieces and 3 great-great nephews and niece.

Because of Bill's generous heart, he donated to many charities, especially those supporting children. If you would like to make a donation in his honor, he would be pleased.
