He was predeceased by: his fathers, Harold Warren and Ted Rosen; and his sister Marjorie Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Max, Marley, David and DeMaille (Alice); his granddaughters, Celia and Lulu DeMaille; his siblings, Paula Rosen, Rachel Rosen (Michael) and Ted Rosen (Nadia); his parents-in-law, Brice and Nancy Bowerman; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Armstrong (Fred), Cheryl Leatherman (Tom) and Brice Bowerman. He is also survived by nieces, nephew, cousins, and friends.
