He was predeceased by: his parents, Wash Puschak and Mary Puschak; and his brothers, Nick, Ted and Russell.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Puschak (Schoeman); his children, Michael Puschak and Rebecca Horwich (Perry Horwich); and his grandson George Horwich.
