He was predeceased by: his brother Victor J. Billings; and his parents, C. Myron Billings and Marcella Billings (Gibney). He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Billings of Gloucester and Mary Billings Sherman (Peter) of Franklin; his nephew Ryan Sherman (Jessica) of Norton; his nieces, Kathryn Sherman (Steven Achatz) of Somerville and Erin Arruda (David) of Plymouth; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ella, Grant Sherman, Peter, Brooke Achatz and Natalie Arruda. He is also survived by his nephew and nieces.
