He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald MacKenzie II and Catherine Braithwaite MacKenzie. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Moderator and Acton; his wife Pat; his son Brad (Kristen); his grandson Christopher; his daughter Kristen (Sam); his grandchildren, Graham and Clara; his brother Neil (Nancy) of Oldsmar, Florida.; and his daughters, Donna and Lisa.
