She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Hayes (Ryan) and Michael L. Hayes; her significant other Joseph W. Dunphy; and her brothers, James and Leo Hayes.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Scalzillo (Brian) of Townsend, MA.. She is also survived by her sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and dear lifelong friends.
