He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. Brook and Hilda Brook (Briggs). He is survived by: his children, Stephen D. Brook, Kendall E. Brook and Shauna D. B. Brook; his grandchildren, Lily, Carter, Beau, John David and Theodore; his children-in-law, Jessica, Alyssa and Jeremy; his brother Allan L. Brook (Ann M. Brook); and his wife Arlene D. Brook. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
