She is survived by: her husband Vincent Costa (Annemarie) of Abington; her children, Joseph (Melissa) of Hull and Lauren (Nathan) of Beverly; her granddaughters, Meghan Kayla and Erin Sarah; and her brothers, Daniel McCarthy, William McCarthy and Robert McCarthy.
