She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hughes and Adrienne Hughes (Fahey). She is survived by: her brothers, Daniel Hughes (Evelyn Lopez) of Weymouth, James "Jim" Hughes (Margaret "Peggy") of Bridgewater and Christopher Hughes of Weymouth; her nieces and nephews, Sean Hughes, Brian Hughes (Theresa), Connor Hughes (Cori) and Erin Hughes; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Callie, Nova, Stella and Jack; her cousin Helen Benson of Milton; and her friend Responsibility. She is also survived by several cousins, aunts and uncles, and her loving godmother.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in Kathy's memory may be made to the Special Olympics of Massachusetts.
