She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas O'Toole, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas O'Toole (Julianne) and Brian O'Toole (Susan); her grandchildren, Jack, Liam, Sofia and Joey; and her brother Michael Goode (Marion). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
