With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arlene F. Burke of Abington, Massachusetts, born in Dorchester, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 9, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lizine and Elizabeth "Sue" Lizine (Cabana); her husband Robert F. Burke; and her brother Richard Lizine of Dorchester. She is survived by: her sons, Disney, Joseph (Patricia) of Hanson, Patrick (Susan) of Hanson, Derek (Jessica) of Dorchester and Robert of Abington; her grandchildren, Ashley O'Dell (Andrew O'Dell) of Whitman, Victoria, Zachary Burke of Hanson, Curtis, Ella Burke of Hanson, Jack, Sarah Burke of Dorchester, Kevin Hazelton, Christian and Sean Burke of Abington; her great grandchildren, Natalie and Brooke O'Dell; her siblings, Beverly Pierce of Weymouth, Elizabeth "Liz" Morse, Agnes Carter of Roslindale, Charlie Lizine of Brockton and Robert Lizine (Susan) of Marshfield; and her sisters-in-law, Noreen Hosea (Carl) of Quincy and Gloria Burke of Weymouth. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, friends and neighbors.
