He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine Delores O'Banion; his parents, Henry Edger O'Banion and Myrtis O'Banion (Webb); and his siblings, Thomas O'Banion, Hazel Dockens and Laverne Heard.
He is survived by: his children, Rosalind Garcie (Sammie) of Zwolle, LA and Randy O'Banion (Karen) of Florien, LA; his brother Douglas O'Banion of Greenville, NC; and his grandchildren, Brandy O'Banion Lopez of Zwolle, LA, Meagan O'Banion Ammons of Many, LA and Jordan O'Banion of Marthaville, LA. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
