Adair of Zwolle, LA; her siblings, Jean Lambert (George) of Simpsonville, SC, Kay LeBleu (Tim) of Benton, LA, Darlene Boudreaux (Pat) of Zwolle, LA and Ricky Rivers of Converse, LA; her brothers-in-law, Anthony Sepulvado and Gary Stephens; her godchildren, Joseph Sepulvado, Lamar Boudreaux, Yvette Broadway, Laycie Beard, John David Kent and Trey Williams; and also Brett Sepulvado. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
