He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Teasley of Zwolle, LA, Connie Leone (Greg) of Zwolle, LA, Karen Napier of Zwolle, LA, Max Teasley, Jr. (Linda) of Savannah, TX and Cliff Teasley of Beaumont, TX; and his brother Henry Teasley of DeRidder, LA. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
