She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Ebarb and Florence Ebarb; her husband Rogers P. Loupe; her siblings, Joseph Donald Ebarb, Jesse Patrick Ebarb, Paul Fredrick Ebarb, Kathryn Boudreaux, Vivian Ebarb, Dr. Frances Bybee and Theo Ezernack; and her great great grandchild Meredith Rebecca Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Loupe (Becky) of Noble, LA, Phyllis Lee (Gary) of Noble, LA and Tim Loupe (Dianne) of Springdale, AR; and her sister Polly Moyer of Franklin, TN. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Zwolle, LA or Zwolle VFW Post 5187 and Auxiliary.
