He is survived by: his wife Janet Vice Miller of Zwolle; his stepchildren, Eric Hagelin (Martha) of Belmont, Jared (Heather) of Bossier, Wendell Castillo (Holly) of Mansfield, Wanda Sue Garcie (Pat) of Zwolle and Scott Castillo of Zwolle; and his sisters, Shirley Chism of Blanchard, Peggy Chism (Garland) of Blanchard and Glendanell Chism of Blanchard. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended relatives.
