Etheridge (Glenda) of Zwolle, LA., Lisa Fountain (Byron) of Converse, LA., Melinda Bertrand (Pierre) of Covington, LA., Jeffrey Etheridge of Zwolle, LA. and Shay Etheridge of Zwolle, LA.; his siblings, Jane McCloud, Dorothy King, Elizabeth Ramsey, JoAnn McCormick, Florence Schulgen, Mary Sue Euson and Randy Etheridge; his grandchildren, Bethany Fountain, Jessica Bertrand, Chloe Bertrand, Cooper Bertrand, Brandi Stout, Marjana Etheridge, Payton Lindsey, J. D. Etheridge, Isabelle Etheridge, Jett Etheridge, Jase Etheridge, Alayia Etheridge and Quill Calhoun; and his great grandchildren, Kai Phathong, Maleia Fountain, Braelyn Etheridge, Madelyn Lindsey and Emerly Etheridge. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
