John Michael Walker III Obituary

Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved John Michael Walker III (Zwolle, Louisiana), who passed away at the age of 81, on April 18, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Walker and Tulsa Lee Walker (Barrum); his sister JoAnn; and his brother-in-law Jack Murphy. He is survived by: his wife Freda Gayle Walker; his sister Tulsa Lee Morien (Grady); his children, Gayla Smith (Artie) and John Walker IV (Jessica); and his grandchildren, Reanan, Aundrea, Artie III of Anthony, JW, Justin, Jordon, Jaimee, Joseph and Jared. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Wounded Warrior Project in Mike's name.
