He is survived by: his children, Debra Ebarb, Randy Ebarb of Zwolle, LA and David Ebarb of Zwolle, LA; his siblings, Helen Sepulvado of Zwolle, LA, Faye Lee of Zwolle, LA, Eloise Mora of Zwolle, LA, Margie Smith of Zwolle, LA, Frankie Ebarb of Zwolle, LA and Wayne Ebarb of Zwolle, LA; and his granddaughter Theresa LeAnn Ebarb of Noble. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
