She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Rivers, Jr. and Cuba Mae Rivers (Procell); and her son James P. Clayton. She is survived by: her husband George A. Clayton, Jr.; her children, Philip J. Clayton, Mildred Lee Bozeman and Carla S. Barker; her siblings, Kathy Britt and Danny Rivers; her sister-in-law Sharion Rivers; and her friend Gail Cavanaugh. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
