He is survived by: his siblings, Randy Lewis (Janice) of Zwolle, LA, Tim Lewis (Susan) of Zwolle, LA., Nancy Lewis of Dickinson, TX, Tonya Paulette (Jeff Lowder) of McAllen, TX and Eva Lewis of Shreveport, LA.; his children, Christopher Micah Lewis (Shana) of Zwolle, LA, Christy "Sissy" Lewis of Zwolle, LA and Kelly Ann Arterberry (Damon) of Zwolle, LA; the parent of his children Lorie Lewis; his grandchildren, Zachary Lewis of Zwolle, LA, Markay Lewis of Zwolle, LA, Kane Lewis of Zwolle, LA, Brittany Remedies of Zwolle, LA, Nolynn Napier of Zwolle, LA, Drake Napier of Zwolle, LA, Hana Lewis of Zwolle, LA, Stone Lewis of Zwolle, LA and Christen Lewis of Shreveport, LA; and his friends, Robert "Bo" Leone, Greg Leone, Kerry Sepulvado, Mark Schoth, Danny Rivers and Dale Spurlock.
