She was predeceased by: her parent Gertie Neal (Moore); her sister Betty Self; and her niece Sharon Majors. She is survived by: her husband Randel O'Banion of Zwolle, LA; her children, Rosalind Garcie (Sammie) of Zwolle, LA. and Randy O'Banion (Karen) of Florien, LA.; and her grandchildren, Brandy O'Banion Lopez of Zwolle, LA., Meagan O'Banion Ammons of Many, LA. and Jordan O'Banion of Marthaville, LA.. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
