He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrace Joseph Pantalion and Winnie Marie Pantalion (Young); his siblings, Helen Pennington, Louise Lester and Hollis Pantalion; and his granddaughters, Heather Sepulvado and Ashley Nicole Pantalion.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Pantalion of Zwolle, LA; his children, Randy Pantalion (Donna) of Old River, Dale Pantalion (Elaine) of Keithville, LA, Doug Keightley (Rosie) of Gervais, OR, Debbie Rutherford of Noble, LA, Winnie Remedies (Coon) of Zwolle, LA and Kimberly Sepulvado (Larry Dale) of Zwolle, LA; his brother Rayford Pantalion (Debbie) of Livingston, TX; and his grandchildren, Traci Taubert (Adrian), Krystal Lovelady (Dustin), Kari Caskey (Bobby), Jonathan Remedies, James Remedies, Jr., Cody Pantalion (Nicole), Laci McCullough (Jonathan), Terry Sepulvado, Jr., Chelsie Ratcliff (Waylon), Michelle Keightley Kenzer (Todd), Melissa Keightley Garcia (Tyler) and Samantha Keightley. He is also survived by twenty-four great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
