He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dr. William, Flora Cook (Higginbotham), Hayward and Eloise Prevost; and his aunt Ann "Happy" Cook Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Jennylee Bowling Prevost; his children, Haley Prevost of Round Rock, TX, Hays Prevost (Tori) of Pflugerville, TX and Hunter Prevost (Samantha) of Buda, TX; his parents, John Prevost of Zachary, LA and Flora Cook of Thibodeaux, LA; his siblings, Kathy (Tony Dover), Jay Prevost (Anna) of Prairieville, LA and Perri Prevost (Ashlyne) of League City, TX; and his grandchildren, Madison, Harlow, Hayden, Jet, Kaysen, Mila and Kinsley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
