He is survived by: his wife Sydney Wood Womack; his children, Julie, Jay, Jennifer and Jeffery (Kim); his sister Sue King (late Jay King); his grandchildren, Kacie Louque (Ross), Kelie Duhe (Travis), Sydney and Cameron; and his great grandchildren, Ross, Gage and Quinn.
