He was predeceased by: his son Thurston Buxton. He is survived by: his wife Johnnie Mae Cloud Buxton; and his children, Rebecca Buxton, Laveta Buxton Ingram (Paul), Myron Buxton (Kaye) and Val Buxton (Dina). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
