He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas "J. T." Witt and Vivian Mae Carlin; and his children, Tammy Meunier, Amy Lynn Witt and Jason Kennard Witt.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Ducote Witt; his stepdaughter Carrie Aillet; his grandchildren, Dalton (Hannah), Blake, Dane, Chandler, Davis, Gunnar, Cullen, Kelsey and Mina; and his great grandchildren, Cole and Jade.
His contributions to the diabetic community through his work with Nightscout group have touched countless lives and will be remembered by many. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association in Terry's memory, continuing his commitment to supporting those living with diabetes.
