She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde E. Newman and Vernice Newman; her siblings, Alma Russell, Clyde W. and Russell Newman; and her grandchild Lacy Gwen Joiner.
She is survived by: her children, Deanna Joiner Kelley (Todd), Clinton Joiner and Clayton Joiner (Jennifer); her stepdaughter Allison Gilbert (Thomas); her grandchildren, Dusty Joiner, Clyde, Krissy Duplessis, Michael, Courtney Duplessis, Cassidie Harrison and Ciarra Joiner; and her great grandchildren, McKenzie, McKayla, McKinley Duplessis, Garrett, Maleigha Harrison and Graceland Joiner.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens (6213 Groom Rd, Baker, LA 70714).
