Roger Lea Hurst Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roger Lea Hurst (Zachary, Louisiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 5, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Kaye Butler Hurst; and his parents, Lea Fulton Hurst and Hazel DeLee. He is survived by: his sons, John Hurst (Deanna Hurst) and Roger "Chris" Hurst; his grandchildren, Taylor and Cade Hurst; and his siblings, Dorothy Devall (late Jerry Devall), Bonnie Scimeca (late Frank Scimeca), Lea Esther "Bill" Hurst (Pat Hurst) and Clifton "Cliff" Hurst I (Bonnie Hurst). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Clear Creek Church, P.O. Box 129.
