He is survived by: his wife Myra Annette Davis Poole; his children, Leigh Alice Carpenter (Gary), Patricia Anne Richard (Jay) and Robert A. Poole III (Jennifer) of Zachary; his siblings, Marie Elizabeth Miesch (Mike) of Jackson, John H. Poole (Nita) of Zachary and Joseph M. Poole (Carolyn) of Zachary; his grandchildren, Jessica A. Fleming, Robert "Robbie" A. Poole IV, Michael A. Poole, Grayson Greenlee, Matthew Greenlee, Lane Richard, Dylan Richard and Brailyn Richard; and his great grandchildren, Knox Fleming and Avery Fleming.
