He was predeceased by: his sister Anita Garcia; his mother Patricia Garcia; his sisters, Julie Savell and Cynthia Dahl; his parents-in-law, Carmen Erwin Milton, Larry Milton, Deborah and Ronald Mannino; and his nieces and nephews, Kristen Broussard, Megan Jenkins, Joshua Mannino, Taylor Jenkins, Billy Claypool and Lee Manning.
He is survived by: his wife Constance; and his son Zachary Garcia.
