He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas W. Millican and Bernidette Aubin Millican; his former wife Patricia Accardo Millican; his son Michael Millican; and his sister Judy Patriquin.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Evelyn Millican; his son Thomas Joseph Millican (Dorothy Millican) of Monterey, LA; his daughter-in-law Karen Galloway (Chuck) of Canton, MS; his stepdaughter Barbara Smith (Sam); his sisters, Rita Millican (Dave) and Janelle Treaccar (Ken); his sister-in-law Rebecca Massingill of Zachary, LA; his grandchildren, Blythe Millican Stevenson (Lee Stevenson), Shelby Millican (Aaron Barr), Trevor Millican, Kyle Michael Millican (Maeghanne Adams) and Tucker Millican; and his great grandchild Coy Stevenson. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
