In the sacred silence of farewell, Rachel is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Rachel's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Maxwell, Wilma McDaniel, Gus and Doris Lazarus. She is survived by: her husband Brad Darensbourg; her daughters, Kyla Darensbourg Capdeville (Matthew) and Janae Jolie Darensbourg; and her parents, Howard McDaniel and Loretta McDaniel.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Zachary (4200 Main St, Zachary, LA 70791). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (4200 Main St, Zachary, LA 70791).
