She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Law and Mary Etta Law; and her son Steven P. Bedell. She is survived by: her husband Matthew "Matt" Bedell, Sr.; and her children, Matthew "Matt" Bedell, Jr., Randy Bedell (Lisa), Cathy Bedell Lowe (James) and Susan Bedell. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 11 great great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Baker Funeral Home (6401 Groom Rd, Baker, LA 70714). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Louisiana National Cemetery (303 W Mt Pleasant Zachary Rd, Zachary, LA 70791).
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donation be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place • Memphis, TN 38105.
