She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Parker Whitehead; her parents, James Andrew and Eva L. Howell Crowell; her daughter Laurie Dale Whitehead; her great grandchild Joy Elizabeth Reynerson; and her siblings, William Perry Crowell, James Andrew Crowell, Jr., Cadmus Leroy Crowell, John Calvin Crowell and Mary Edna Crowell Wallace.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jamie L. Miller (Rodney), Kristie L. McAdams (Douglas) and Shellie L. Fisher (William); her grandchildren, Melissa Miller Shores (Rocky), Kelly McAdams Reynerson (Nolan) and Andrew Douglas McAdams; her great grandchildren, John Michael Shores IV, William Joseph Shores, Parker Ashton Reynerson, Peyton Douglas Reynerson and Charlotte "Charley" Lane McAdams; and her nieces and nephews, David Gaudin (Debbie), Jadon Gaudin and Tina Crowell.
