In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Linda leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Linda may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her husband James W. Travis Sr.; her son James W. Travis Jr.; her parents, Johnny Booty and Lydia Booty; her grandson Jonathan Morgan; and her great grandchild Josie Lipscomb.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy T. Morgan of Walker and Jamey Travis (Tina) of Central; and her sisters, Joyce Harris of Houston, TX and Marie Phenald of Zachary. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Galilee Baptist Church Cemetery (11050 Greenwell Springs Port Hudson Rd, Zachary, LA 70791).
