She was predeceased by: her parents, John Butler and Gladys Covington Butler. She is survived by: her husband Roger Lea Hurst; her sons, John Lea Hurst (Deanna Lee Hurst) and Roger Christopher "Chris" Hurst; and her grandchildren, Taylor Ann Hurst and Cade Martin Hurst.
