Linda Ferguson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2024, at the age of 82, Linda Ferguson (Zachary, Louisiana), born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Linda Ferguson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Farrel Edwin McDaniel Sr. and Lucille Nugent McDaniel; her sisters, Donaldeen Long, Gwen Jarreau and Charlotte Tabor; and her grandson Mason Paul Ferguson.
She is survived by: her husband Glen; and her children, Glen (Tammy), Michael (Bridget), Steven (Beth), Jeffery (Vonda) and Stephanie. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lanier Baptist Church (4851 Lanier Dr, Baton Rouge, LA 70812). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 11:00 PM to 11:15 PM at the Louisiana National Cemetery (303 W Mt Pleasant Zachary Rd, Zachary, LA 70791).
In Lieu of flowers, family request memorial gifts that will be used to honor Linda's life and memory, though Lanier Baptist Church and St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
