She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia McCartney (Jerry), Kristin Stiles (Noel), Dawn Bellue Lee and Kathleen Spangler (Mike); her grandchildren, Joseph "Kirk" Havard (Chloe), Corey Havard, Dakota "Cody" Havard (Danielle), Kaleigh Barksdale (Jacob), Cassidy Thomas, Chase Thomas, Courtney Whittington (Taylor), Joseph "Joey" Horsley (Skylar), Tommy Bellue (Rachel), Justin Bellue (Emily), Mikalyn Rymer (Jessie) and Michael Spangler (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Koryn McCartney, Mason McCartney, Ryleigh Barksdale, Olivia Thomas, Kinsley, Hazel, Mary Kollins Whittington, Madison, Kinley Bellue, Ava, Oliver and Carson Rymer; her cousins, Jim McQuade and John McQuade; her goddaughter Debra Stempien; and her sister Darlene Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to defray funeral expenses.
