It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Iris Smith (Zachary, Louisiana), born in Shelton, Nebraska, who passed away on March 14, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William O.; her daughter Karen S. Myers; and also Bill. She is survived by: her children, Betty Jo Smith, Judy Ferrell, James Smith, Kathy L. Smith, Diana Mabry (Terry), Barbie Navo (Barry) and Pam Smith; her grandchildren, Rusty Myers, Bessie Burgess, Denise Myers, Marcus Mabry, Patrick Mabry, Amber Navo, Caitlin Navo and Will Ferrell; and her great grandchildren, Lucy Burgess and Aiden Mabry. She is also survived by seven brothers and one sister.
