He is survived by: his children, Karen, David (Karen Smith), Pamela Turner (Bret Bevilacqua), Steve (Chantel Turner) and Donna (Arthur DuBois); his grandchildren, Darcee Bulliard (Seth), Aaron McDonald (Kristen), Shelbi Girlinghouse (Andrew) and Chase Turner; his great grandchildren, Caleb McDonald, Henslee Bulliard and Graden Bulliard; and his siblings, Glenn Turner, Gloria Cook and Genelle Robishaw.
