She was predeceased by: her husband William Hugh Waters; her parents, Warren Madison Sandlin and Bobbie Sandlin; her siblings, Thomas Doyle Sandlin, Maxine Miller and Warren Madison Sandlin Jr.; her stepdaughter Margaret Howard; her grandson Jason McClaran; and her great grandchild Karissa Wimberly.
She is survived by: her daughters, Leah Thomas (Claude), Elizabeth Coker (Lee) and Julia Womack (James Cooper); and her stepchildren, David Waters and Donna Hill (Michael). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
