He was predeceased by: his parents, David Warren Whitlock, Sr. and Irene Ponder Whitlock. He is survived by: his wife Sharon McGee Whitlock; his children, David III of Zachary, Tammy Mendoza (Richard) of Gulf Breeze and Cathy Poole (Brad) of Lafayette; his granddaughters, Kate Poole, Cameron Poole and Gabriella Mendoza; his sister Julie Nance (Fred) of Prairieville; and also, Dennis III of Zachary and Warren Whitlock III of Zachary.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Disabled American Veterans.
