With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Ann Webb (Zachary, Louisiana), born in Hardwood, Louisiana, who passed away on June 11, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Woods Nettles, Sr. and Bessie Vernon Nettles; and her siblings, Vernon Nettles, Jr., Henry Monroe Nettles and Joyce Helen Nettles Jarrell.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Carol Richard; her granddaughter Tyran Makelle Richard; her nieces and nephews, Alisa Strong (Mike), Carlton Nettles (Pam), Cecilia Partin (Al), Charlotte Ingram (David), Cindy Shotwell (Gary), Dexter Jarrell (Connie), Duane Nettles (Tanya), Mark Jarrell (Tami) and Carol; and also Luther J. Walton.
