He was predeceased by: his son Brett Lively; his parents, Claude Lively and Velma Lively; and his siblings, Jane Lively Toney, Betty Lively Markey, Carl Lively, Leonard Lively, Leroy Lively, Pauline Harvey, Edith Hayman, Bessie Craig and Elwood Lively.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Lively; his daughter Brenda Lively; his daughter-in-law Shelly Nunez Lively; his brother Richard Lively; and his grandsons, Jeremy Zuccaro (Alyssa Leblanc Zuccaro), Aaron Zuccaro, Brandon Zuccaro (McKenzie Zuccaro) and Eric Zuccaro.
