It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Whitney James Johnson of Youngsville, Louisiana, who passed away on October 15, 2023, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Gary Lynn Johnson; and his grandparents, Willis, Felicia Vice Gary, Whitney and Dorita Leblanc.

He is survived by: his mother Shirley Johnson; his stepfather Allen Touchet; his siblings, Willis Troy Johnson and Crystal Lynn Johnson; his nieces and nephews, Deacon Cristopher Quebedeaux, Karen Elizabeth Decou, Katherine Elizabeth Decou, Josephine Ann Decou and Bryson Martin Decou; and his friend Whitney.
