He is survived by: his parents, Tammy Hebert Jacobsen and Brad Richard; his wife Tracy; his siblings, Grant Richard (Amy), Adam Jacobsen, Santa Alvarez, Desiree Jacobsen, Candice Dion Kretzer (Joshua), Caitlyn Richard and Brian Hughes-Kotacska; and his grandparents, Molly Hebert and Bradley Richard. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
