He was predeceased by: his father John Russell Chambley; and his grandparents, Sam, Polly Chambley, Gwynn and Darlene Hicks.
He is survived by: his fiancée Cheryl Toepfer of Youngsville; his children, Chelsea Elise West (Morgan Case) of Youngsville and John Connor Chambley (Brianna) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his mother Gwendolyn Sue Chambley of Lafayette; his siblings, Cameron Russell Chambley (Brayleigh), Clayton Reid Chambley of Lindale, Texas and Martina Darlene Chambley of Breaux Bridge; and his nieces, Racheal Elaine Owens of Duson and Skylar Chambley of Duson.
