He was predeceased by: his parents, James Milton Rutherford Sr. and Shirley Greene Rutherford Jamey. He is survived by: his granddaughter Madilyn Grace; his wife Tonya Smith; his son Dustean; his daughter-in-law Jamie; his daughter Tracy Clifford (Dean); his nephew Karsun Evans; his niece Josse Moffatt; and his grandchildren, Raelynn Clifford and Declain James Clifford.
