He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Rowe and Katie C. Jones Rowe; and his siblings, Ima Jean Sanders, JoAnn Williams, Margie Faye Ward and Charles Richard Row.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Rowe of Fredericksburg; his children, George A. Rowe of Anchorage, Laurie Abshire of Broussard, Donna Arabie, John Arabie of Crowley, Michael Mann, Debbie Mann of Kerrville and Eric Mann of Addison; and his siblings, James Andrew Rowe of Arlinton, Ray Franklin Rowe of Grand Saline, Kenneth Edward Rowe of Longview, Dorothy Blaylock (P. H.) of Marshall, Barbara Mason of Longview and Norma Hammond of Longview. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
